After a two-game road trip, the Hartford women’s lacrosse team returns home to host No. 6 Stony Brook on Sunday afternoon.
IT’S MILLER TIME
Senior Megan Miller, who joined the Hawks for their inaugural seaon in 2018, made program history last Saturday at UMass Lowell. Entering the game as the program’s all-time leader in points and assists, she became Hartford’s alltime leading scorer after recording her 29th career goal against the River Hawks.
MORE GOALS
Hartford found the back of the net a seasonbest 12 times at UMass Lowell last weekend. It marks the second-most goals in a single game in program history.
STONY BROOK NOTEBOOK QUICK HIT The unanimous pick to win the America East, Stony Brook is 7-2 overall with a 3-0 mark in league play. Each of the Seawolves’ losses have come to nationally-ranked opponents in North Carolina and Syracuse, who were No. 1 and No. 2, respectively.
