Series History
Sunday marks the first meeting of all-time between Hartford and Mount Saint Vincent. The Dolphins also will be the first Skyline team that the Hawks face since the program’s first season back in 2018.
Team History
Hartford scored a programrecord 21 goals in its 21-6 victory over Clark in the season opener on Wednesday. In addition, the Hawks also recorded a programrecord with 22 draw controls throughout the contest.

The Hartford women’s lacrosse team returns to Al-Marzook Field at Alumni Stadium for a matchup against Saint Michael’s College on Thursday. Opening draw control between the Hawks and Purple Knights is set for 2 p.m.
Scouting The Opponent
The Purple Knights enter play with a record of 1-4 overall and 0-3 in conference play. St. Michael’s earned its first win of the seaosn in the opener, defeating Post University 12-7 on March 6th. Catie Murphy leads the Purple Knights attack with a team-leading seven goals and three assists for 10 points through five games. In net, Abby Cole and Hope Msumba have platooned their way to this point of the season, each appearing in three and four games, respectively. Msumba leads the goalkepper duo with 36 saves and a .468 save percentage.
Last Time Out
The Hawks are coming off a three-game sweep of their spring break trip to Hilton Head, S.C. Hartford won its spring break opener against Emerson College 20-15 on Monday, before taking down Colby-Sawyer 20-6 on Wednesday and rounding out the trip with a 20-7 victory over Westminster on Friday. Emily Steele had an outstanding trip netting a 11 goals and dishing out seven assists during the three-game trip. In the Hawks 20-7 victory on Friday over the Titans of Westminster, Lily Belle Baker and Meghan Smith found the back of the net four times each while Steele netted a team-high five goals and two assists for seven points on the day. Courtney Ingham, Sara Costa, Lenaijah Ferguson and Kelly Hoxie each found the back of the net on the afternoon. Hartford’s netminder Hanna Ramsey continued her stellar year in net, notching her sixth win on the season after making eight saves.
Record Books
Steele is one point shy of the programrecord with 30 points on 18 goals and 12 assists this season. After notching their 20th goals of the season, both Smith and Baker rank first and second in the record books for goals in a single season.
Series History
Thursday marks the first all-time meeting between Hartford and Saint Michael’s. The Purple Knights will also be the first NE10 Conference opponents the Hawks have faced off against in their programs five year history.

Hartford returns to action on Sunday, March 26th welcoming Stetson to Al-Marzook Field at Alumni Stadium. Opening draw control between the Hawks and Hatters is set for 12 p.m.
