Raw Lemon Bliss Balls
Ingredients: 3/4 cups of almond meal 1/2 cup of dates (soak in warm water before hand) 1 tsp vanilla essence 1 tbsp of lemon juice 1/2 cup shredded coconut 1 tbsp of coconut oil
What to do: Mix almond meal, dates, vanilla, coconut oil, and lemon juice in a food processor or blender. Roll into balls then roll into shredded coconut and place in fridge Enjoy!
