Hello Darling! You’re engaged, and I’m excited! This season in your life should be savored like a slice of german chocolate cake, taking in each bite and thoroughly enjoying it. Whether you have been dreaming of planning this day for your whole life or just from the time you got engaged (or, lets be honest, you haven’t thought about it at all), I’m here to help you along the way! About Me Hi, I’m Alicia, the planner behind Harvest Event Company. When I’m not planning weddings you can find me at the local coffee shop getting my daily fix, playing outside with my spunky yorkie Teddie, or lounging in yoga pants while watching Netflix. I have a passion for the beautiful (and functional) things in life which is one of the many reasons I became a wedding professional. Packages COORDINATION PACKAGE Known as “Day of Coordination” within the industry, the coordination package is for the couple who feels they have the planning down, but know they can’t do it all on wedding day. With this package I will step in 6 weeks before the wedding and connect with all your vendors. I will create a timeline to be followed for the rehearsal and day of, and will take care of setup, management, and breakdown of your big day! I want you to be able to relax and soak in every moment!

PLANNING PACKAGES Our planning packages are for those couples who feel like they need some additional help with planning as well as day of wedding management. Whether you haven’t started meeting with vendors or you have only a few left and need a little help to finish I can certainly help! From meeting with your potential photographer to getting a second opinion on the linen selection, I’ve got you covered. While there are two types of packages, just like my clients, every wedding is different. That means I do custom quotes for every wedding I produce. Feel free to set up a free initial “coffee date” where we can discuss custom pricing for your wedding.
