Practical Steps - to Correct Meditation There are several preconditions in order to meditate successfully: Readiness to learn; Realistic expectations; Willingness; Ability to concentrate; Seriousness; Sincerity/ Honesty; True interest; Power of imagination; Self-confidence; A positive attitude; No dogma; Free from fundamentalism.
1. Determining what one wants to achieve: knowledge, changes, consolidation. 2. Determining the images and symbols for meditation.
3. Letting the course of visualization develop aimoriented, passively or actively. 4. Exploring the meaning; interpreting the result, like a dream.
5. Draw conclusions for one’s life and try out results in real life. The procedure: Sit down comfortably in a chair. Close your eyes. Relax 1-2 minutes: release the thoughts and breathe deeply. Then say for example: “I want to see inner images, which show me: That’s me!” You can work with an imaginary mirror. In the imagination you see various faces in that mirror. Then, let the “film” develop during around 2 minutes without controlling too much. Concentrate on what you can visualize clearly or vaguely. Make your first meditative exercises short. Stop the “film” if you experience a flood of images. Don’t force images to come. If nothing happens, concentrate on your feelings and your floating thoughts. A
new global Spirit for peace in the world is the path towards human evolution, guided by the inner processes of Individuation. But what is Individuation, you may ask? Already explored by the pioneer, Carl Gustav Jung, the path of Individuation, is today fully explored and documented by the philosopher and author, Dr. Edward Schellhammer. Individuation is about transformation and all-sided balanced growth of the psychical organism (the psyche as a holistic system) towards a new, harmonically functioning wholeness. This path of personal development is the answer to personal fulfilment and self-knowledge and ultimately the solution to the grave problems of mankind. It is solely by means of inner peace that peace can find its way to the physical world. Every single person on this planet has the capacity to develop the subsystems (parts) of their psyche. This includes one’s consciousness, the “I”-functions (intelligence, will, defence), the superego (norms, patterns of punishment, ideals), love, psychical needs, the feelings (emotions), the unconscious (the ignored, the suppressed, the complexes, and life experiences), the inner psychical pole of the opposite gender, dreams with the inner Spirit, the shadows (hidden traits of character), and also the activities in the personal and collective life areas. They can all be freed from burdens and malformation into a new free self.
Carl Gustav Jung (26 July 1875 – 6 June 1961) was a Swiss psychotherapist and psychiatrist who founded analytical psychology. The central concept of analytical psychology is individuation — the psychological process of integrating the opposites, including the conscious with the unconscious, while still maintaining their relative autonomy. Jung considered individuation to be the central process of human development.
Dr. Edward Schellhammer is the founder and President of the Schellhammer Education Group that includes the Schellhammer Business School and the Schellhammer Institute. Philosopher, an expert on Human Matters, a Psychologist, a prolific author of over 30 titles from psychology to politics and economics, an educator, and a visionary with a profound and beneficial insight into the human condition.
This self-knowledge is the beginning of self-fulfilment. This leads to a complex process of growth with transformations in all psychical subsystems. In that sense Individuation is the holistic educational process towards the evolutionary psychical-spiritual human being. Individuation as a process of self-becoming and self-realization is guided by the inner Spirit through dreams and meditations. Objective knowledge and life knowledge are indispensable. Correct and efficient dream interpretation and meditation can be learnt and is achievable for everyone. The Spirit, which is the source of all dreams is not a human creation, but a spiritual psychical function in the psyche of each person. The Spirit is an informative, ordering and guiding supra-personal force. The Spirit is the principle of acting of the soul. The Spirit is stimulating, inspiring, and benevolent. “Spirit” is the force that creates the dreams and intelligently composes meditations. The Archetypes of the Soul are the markers and active forces in the process of Individuation. These archetypes are those general symbols which give orientation in the psychical life and the inner growth. They cover the whole spectrum from the beginning until the aim of human being. Individuation clarifies and resolves the most decisive questions about the meaning of human being and human life. Therefore, Individuation creates an integrated person (and not individualism).

There is an energy that is not biological in the human body: the psychical energy. The psychical energy is formed by thinking, feeling, and sensing, etc. The psychical energy is also influenced (formed) by men as well by the environment.
Archetypes are eternal patterns of the soul: • Turning to the whole inner life; • Discovering and forming all inner forces; • Developing the true Self by conscious forming; • Integrating the inner Spirit as guidance; • Proceedings of dying and becoming new; • Unification with the inner opposite gender pole; • Integration of the spiritual principles; • Balancing external and internal life; • Fulfillment of the completeness and wholeness. Individuation is embedded in the personal and collective environment. Individuation creates the dynamic psychical foundation of creating life and environment. Individuation can find expressions in all areas of life. Individuation doesn’t lead away from the terrestrial life, even if an orientation towards inside in certain activities sporadically has priority. Individuation integrates responsibility for humanity and the creation. Individuation forms community.

Politics, economy, culture, human education, and religion that don’t integrate Individuation, cause the collective destruction of humanity and the earth. Global Individuation means Each person worldwide has this psychical organism with the inner Spirit. Each person is predominantly a human being through his inner being. The inner being and the process of Individuation have highest value. A human being without Individuation is archaic and collectively destructive. Global Individuation is the ultimate mandate to each soul incarnated on this earth. Therefore, Individuation is the global psychical-spiritual road of salvation.
