Twin Beach Hotel
(1)
Type: Graduation Project Degree: Excellent Year: 2013 Place: SZ Road, Dubai, UAE Max Height: 148m Hotel design involves, planning, drafting, design and how it’s developed. The concept of the hotel was evolved to create the appropriate shape for the guest’s pleasure and needs. The three head points that I used in this approach: - Maximizing the view as possible. - Create a pleased, relaxed and luxuries atmosphere. - A fancy service for the guests. The idea was to place a beach (zero) entry swimming pool in the hotel which these pools are now flourished and evolved nowadays, since the beach pool can be used all seasons’ times with controlling atmosphere as we now that UAE temperature can reach to 50o C during summer daytimes. So why we can’t have the beach experience at daytimes with a comfortable and luxurious way?

Acadamic Work
Al Khan Urban Revitalization
Al Khan Urban Revitalization
KUR
06
Al Khan Urban Revitalization (6) Type: acadamic work Degree: Excellent Year: 2013 Place: Sharjah, UAE max height: 4.5-10m The site itself is a monument that reestablish the nostalgic memory of the traditional life style, in combination with a history making environment, physically (reconnect the creek with the land, and gathering people in a social interactive environment at the plazas), visually (the visual focus on the historical buildings), and Sensually (the sound of the craft- manships in the market, the texture of the materials used, and the smell). The concept of the urban design scenario is: 1- Conservation all what is left from the old fabric. 2- Reuse and Reintegrate the old fabric and plan it keeping the same since of the past. 3- Functions and live culture to attract the users in different times. 4- Consideration of all users with different ages. 5- Integration of forms and functions between the zones to make users tracking the entire region.
