The bustling and energetic Bistrot B is all about superb local ingredients, served at their freshest within a social and relaxed homey ambience. The heart of the restaurant is a fun, buzzy bistro, with a huge, open island kitchen providing a view of chefs in action over a large wood-fired oven, grills and woks.

Bistrot B Chef de Cuisine Jarrod Verbiak joins the ranks of Beijing’s most accomplished chefs. He was a protégé of celebrated French chef Daniel Boulud at world famous Daniel in New York – and chosen by the legendary chef to run his Miami venture DB Bistro Moderne.

The menu is inspired by the highest quality, freshest seasonal ingredients available locally and flavorful artisanal food products that underline the restaurant’s Beijing provenance.
