The biggest challenge is that locals don’t go out as much anymore. We manage this by making wine deliveries and creating a wine club where members pay per month and pick up their wines hassle-free at The Wine Room, also by simply being creative and bringing up new ideas to the table.

I am the owner who owns and operates The Wine Room, I do the cooking, service, and wines, the special touch is the experience of meeting new people talk about travels, Haute Grandeur is known for its standard of excellence in the world of hospitality, and we believe that we share the same vision in the long run of serving the highest quality service and food in our very own original way.
