Here you will find Grub & Vine restaurant, which serves elegant bistro-style fare in a relaxed, contemporary space. Putting the vino into ‘Vine”, Grub & Vine’s wine list features some of the most respected producers from the local and international wine scene.

Culture Wine Bar offers a curated selection of fine wines from the country’s most esteemed names, cult classics, hidden gems, natural wines and special imports from across the globe. The menu offers small plates to whet your appetite, with snacky bits like charcuterie, cheese – and whatever else catches Chef Matt’s fancy that day. Upstairs you will find The Chef’s Studio, a unique concept space, where interactive dining experiences and masterclasses are hosted for people who are as excited about what goes into creating a beautiful dish, as they are about eating it.

Last, but not least, there’s the Blue Room – a live music and cocktail lounge that pays homage to the soulful sounds of jazz and the blues. The lounge also sports a state-ofthe-art recording studio, where you’ll catch musicians in action from time to time.
