What is your property’s current biggest challenge & how do you manage this challenge in a highly competitive industry?

Morocco has become a touristic destination thanks to the notoriety of major touristic cities such as Marrakech, Casablanca, Tangier, Agadir... In order to expand the Kingdom’s tourism offer, Kerzner as a globally renowned luxury hospitality group known for being a pioneer in developing destinations, providing the ultimate in quality, has chosen the destination of El Jadida, unknown to national and international tourists, to develop one of the largest Resorts in Morocco: Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort.

Since its opening, the resort has been providing considerable marketing efforts to put the destination on the map as a touristic one locally and abroad.

What makes the hotel really special?

Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort is a unique destination spread across 250 ha domain nestled between 7 km of beach and luscious forest. How do you prepare now to remain relevant and in-demand in future?

Our strategy is to focus more on guest’s emotionnal experience and to optimize daily operations by focusing on the essential, which is guest satisfaction. Digitalization has been developed in the resort while maintaining direct, personalized contact with our hosts.

The convergence of sustainability and hygiene is an area that we have been focusing on since the opening of the Resort in 2009. Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort has been a pioneer in this field in Morocco with the implementation of the water treatment plant “STEP” and we continuously work in this direction. Our Resort has been awarded for the 4th consecutive year “Earth Check”.
