What is your property’s current biggest challenge & how do you manage this challenge in a highly competitive industry?
One of the current challenges is the number of hotels and resorts available in Phu Quoc, it is a highly competitive and oversaturated market. We know the guests have a high demand for the standard of service and the experience of their holiday since a holiday is more than a lifestyle, but it is a way to spend time with friends and family to create memorable experiences. This is why we focus very closely on our service quality and offer a wide range of activities to attract new and repeated guests to stay with us.

We are constantly adapting to the needs of the guests with the use of technology. Guest’s communication is no longer limited only to the traditional methods such as calls or face to face, but they are looking in all types of communication channels such as social media and instant messenger. Furthermore, we understand the guests would want everything to be provided in a timely manner and convenient, the adaptation of ordering their food and beverages on the tip of their devices is important for a resort like ourselves. Customization is also something the guests will be looking more closely in the future; therefore we review our service to tailormade what is important for specific guests’ needs.
Training and talents development is the key for our heartists, this will be the way to remain competitive in the markets and prepare to coup with the future.
