What is your property’s current biggest challenge & how do you manage this challenge in a highly competitive industry?

In this post-pandemic era, maintaining guest satisfaction and loyalty while attracting new markets and clientele remains at the fore. As competition increases, with the opening up of the world at large, we often ask ourselves, “How do we stand out in a highly-competitive industry with so many destinations?” The answer to this question brings us back to our core Hilton identity - what and who we are as a brand.
