STUDIO LOUCA
Led by Janine Loucaides, Studio Louca has a vision to create unique interiors that bring to life our client’s aspirations from the initial design concept through to execution and handover. The driving creative vision at the heart of Studio Louca is to create timeless luxury interiors that respect the buildings shell and surroundings, providing clients with a space that is harmonised with detail and texture, whilst also seeking to incorporate modernday technologies in a seamless manner.
One of our latest projects is an exclusive London, Mayfair residence with exceptional views of the London skyline. Our vision is to create a harmonious place to unwind away from the bustling city, with the aim of creating a connection to the sky and views above. The palette plays with the changing tones we see in the sky throughout the day with soft blues, golden yellows through to burnt oranges. The walls are hand painted with an abstract sky, that spills onto the wall panelling mixing the boundaries of classical architecture with a contemporary twist.
Fortunately, we are able to work with some wonderful artisans and play with fascinating finishes; for example, our mirror has intricate hand-dyed feathers layered in a couture manner. In the dining area, we are working with a phenomenal artisan to create a bespoke ceiling installation to sit above the dining table inspired by beautiful white clouds. The light shines through the translucent textured porcelain like the sun radiates through the clouds, creating a soothing ambiance to dine under with friends and family.

4 WHETHER YOU KNOW HIM AS COMMISSIONER JAMES GORDON in The Batman or as James Bond’s best CIA buddy Felix Leiter, notably seen for the last time in the recent 007 release No Time to Die, one thing is certain: Jeffrey Wright has made an indelible impression on the film industry. As such, Haute Living pulled out the stops for Wright in Gotham City itself, celebrating the star’s cover during a lavish affair at Zuma New York. Haute Media Group CEO Kamal Hotchandani toasted Wright, who was surrounded by a roomful of guests, during the event, saying, “Thank you for collaborating with us and for bringing light to the world in such a dark time through your creativity and everything you do. It means the world to us.”
As surprises go, Wright was reunited with two of his former high school classmates and lacrosse teammates. While the evening was filled with laughter, the air was redolent with exquisite fragrances of Parfums de Marly as guests enjoyed a full-on sensory experience that included The Macallan whisky paired with a spectacular Zuma four-course meal.
Adding to the excitement was an appearance by NYC Mayor Eric Adams, a friend of Wright’s. Adams spoke to the graciousness of the actor and Haute Living’s transformative energy in the city. Taking the spotlight after the mayor’s speech, Wright shared how Adams’ past life as a cop was the core inspiration for his impactful role in The Batman.
In fact, when Wright began preparing for the role, he shared that he met with Adams to study the slick and uncanny qualities he possessed and that he needed to replicate on the big screen. Based on what was seen in The Batman, he did exactly that.

5 HAUTE LIVING CELEBRATED ATLANTA COVER STAR NE-YO WITH AN electric evening at Brooklyn Chop House in Times Square before his new album dropped. Guests who have supported the three-time Grammy Award winner throughout his musical journey were excited to gather for his return from his musical hiatus at the dinner, which featured some Brooklyn Chop House menu favorites. Along with lobster wontons, filet mignon, and other dishes, the guests were offered such refreshing cocktails as a Cosmic Cosmo, Caribbean Mule, and The Other Side of Broadway. Louis XIII kicked off the night by toasting Ne-Yo. Senior Vice President of Haute Media Group, April Donelson, chimed in and spoke on how Ne-Yo has used his music to inspire others throughout his career. Clearly overwhelmed by the outpouring of support from the guests, Ne-Yo took the opportunity to thank everyone who came. After a 4-year break, Ne-Yo and his colleagues in the industry, including attendees Maino and Fat Joe, seemed equally excited for the artist’s latest studio album, Self-Explanatory, which Ne-Yo himself describes as the “best album you haven’t heard yet.” The album, which dropped Friday, July 15, stays true to the artist’s style and features R&B songs mixed with a touch of pop and hip-hop. “There were songs that really meant something to me, and then songs where I kind of just needed to get them out and off my chest, and there were a lot, but only the best made the album,” Ne-Yo explains. “The ones that I felt were going to tell the story I wanted to tell, but also be an instrument for a listener to use to help him- or herself, whatever the need may be.” Everyone in attendance shared in the artist’s excitement for his latest release as they took an exclusive first listen of several tracks on the album.

IT’S THE PINNACLE OF A SUMMER EVENING IN THE HAMPTONS: The sun is beginning to set over Sag Harbor Bay, the brisk wind is starting to cool to a light crispiness, and fresh, custom Casamigos cocktails are being shaken to serve. In walks Rande Gerber, Haute Living’s cover star, entrepreneur, and visionary extraordinaire. To toast to his latest cover and the remaining weeks of summer in the eastern Long Island enclave, Haute Living and Casamigos hosted a special evening at one of Gerber’s favorite Hamptons restaurants, Le Bilboquet. Set against the scenic Sag Harbor backdrop, the tables were adorned with bespoke Casamigos candles and hand-blown glasses. Guests mingled as the sunset made a color splash beyond the harbor then sat for an intimate dinner. The menu was complete with Le Bilboquet’s signature dishes, including the Cajun chicken and endive salad. Dear friends of Gerber — including his stunning wife Cindy Crawford, Roy Liebenthal, Marcy Klein, Nolan Walsh, and more — gathered to celebrate his recent magazine cover and express their overall appreciation for the man.
