Custom alder cabinets and granite counters make a rich environment to inspire the creativity of any chef. The adjoining dining area features a handcrafted, 10-person, alder dining table that beautifully complements the fine craftsmanship of the interior woodwork. Black Bear Chalet offers four spacious bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom. You'll find a master bedroom and bunk room on the upper level and a guest master and junior master bedroom on the main level. The recreation room on the lower level combines as a media and games room with a 50-inch, bigscreen TV with surround sound, Sony PS2 video games and a pool table.

Ski access is a breeze at the Bear Chalets as private shuttle service (available in winter only) will bring you to the Thunderhead Express Chairlift in just one minute.

Payment terms**: Villas require 50% deposit due upon completion of your rental agreement, provided it is outside of 90 days; full balance is due 90 days prior to travel. If there is a refundable security damage deposit required, it is returned approx. 2 - 4 weeks after the stay provided there is no damage, extensive cleaning needed or outstanding incidentals. Christmas and New Year rentals are due 120 days prior to travel and require a non-refundable deposit upon booking.
Cancellation:
Most villas: 91 days or more there is a 35% penalty for the overall cost of the trip; 90 days or less is 100% non-refundable. Many villas are 100% non-refundable at the time of deposit. Holiday rentals are 100% non-refundable.
