We heard from her about buyer interest, her keys to success, and more! Would you say that now is a good time to buy in North Shore? Yes, It’s the very best time to buy! Rates and housing prices are the lowest that they have been in the last 10 years! What are a few highlights of this beautiful home located at 1531 Telegraph Road? Also, the fact that I’m a 3rd generation resident and my daughter is a 4th generation resident, we know this community very well and have forged long lasting relationships with everyone in the community. We really focus our energy on Lake Forest and Lake Bluff because those are the areas we’re experts in, you just can’t be an expert in every community. I believe it’s a detriment to not have the knowledge and expertise of an area. Since I’ve lived here for years, I’m intimately aware of the area and everything that goes on.
