Green Mile Properties (GMP) is the brainchild of Founding Broker/CEO Randelle Green. Randelle has been bringing buyers & sellers together in the greater LA area since 2005. Randelle grew up in Omaha, Nebraska, where he attended College and played football for the University of Nebraska under Hall of Fame Coach Tom Osborne.“To be from a place where your word and reputation are everything is important to me and something I take very seriously” Randelle got his start in Real Estate almost 2 decades ago under the tutelage of RE Guru Syd Leibovitch and the team at Paramount Rodeo Beverly Hills. Randelle’s skills and talents were quickly noticed, and was recruited to the downtown LA market where he immediately became a vital part of what is commonly now referred to as “Renaissance of DTLA”. His original downtown Loft/Condo Brokerage; The RandelleGreen Group (www.TheRandelleGreenGroup.com) continues to lead the way in what is becoming a National Urban City Center.

In 2012 Randelle saw a need for a suburban boutique brokerage that would serve the Valleys and be focused on the exclusive neighborhoods from Burbank to Woodland Hills, where Randelle has owned a home for many years. “I felt that these communities lacked good real estate coverage. So many big-name brokerages with hundreds of agents that, in my opinion, simply gave inadequate service, agents being difficult to get ahold of! I wanted to make a difference after all it’s my neighborhood too! I wanted to bring back customer service, the Midwestern work ethic that I was raised under, accessibility, dependability, and accountability, and that is what I did!
