My name is Stephanie Farstvedt. I was Columbus, born and raised by my amazing parents Knut and Barb Farstvedt. I graduated from CUHS with the class of 1991. I am proud to serve on the Columbus City Council. I have been a school secretary for 19 years, which has been very rewarding. I have enjoyed watching so many children (who I proudly refer to as “my kids”) grow and become wonderful people.

I am the mom of my 23-year-old son, Sam Smith. He and my wonderful daughter-in-law, Kristin, also live in Columbus. I have been blessed with the love of my life, Neal. He brought two bonus children into my life, Ben and Olivia. We enjoy traveling, fishing, cooking and spending time with family and friends. With his support and encouragement, I have taken on a new adventure in real estate. I am excited to assist you in selling your current home or finding your new dream home or investment property.

I have proudly been a part of the Sally Davis Real Estate team for a year and a half. I love helping people find their way to a new home, either through buying or selling. I can assist you with anything in the state of Kansas. Our office is also available to help you in Missouri and Oklahoma.

Attention to detail, a calming presence and the ability to genuinely connect with people make Brad Ozias an ideal real estate consultant. Brad understands that each transaction represents more than a house; it’s a new beginning, the closing of a chapter and an investment in the future. As your real estate guide, Brad is able to help you make that vision for your future a reality.

Brad began his career in hospitality and that experience and training has followed him into his real estate career. As someone who has spent most of his professional life focused on customer service, he understands that buying or selling a home isn’t about numbers, it’s about you. Whether you’re a first-time home buyer, an investor or you’re selling your home for the final time, Brad works tirelessly to advocate and negotiate on your behalf while providing open and honest dialogue throughout the process. His knowledge, creativity and attention to detail ensure that you’re making a sound decision that will benefit you for years to come.

When Brad moved to Kansas City 26 years ago, he found his home. The community and small-town feel combined with the amenities of a larger city made it the ideal place for him and his husband to raise their two daughters, Sami and Katie. As someone who has found their place in the KC Metro, he loves helping others do the same.

If Brad isn’t holding an open house or helping you shop for your new home, you’ll often find him with friends and family checking out new restaurants, bourbon and wine tasting, or shopping for antiques and mid-century pieces. When working with Brad, you’ll not only receive excellent service and sound real estate advice, but you’ll also gain insight into some of Kanas City’s hidden gems such as Sierra Grill (a restaurant that amazes him over and over) and Populuxe, a mid-century store close to Martini Corner.
