I come from a family of 7 with one brother and 3 sisters. Everyone pitching in was the name of the game. My passions are architecture and design. Honestly, not having the money for schooling I found real estate the avenue to fulfill that dream. 1991 was my start with a local family broker. Ten years later, I joined a development company, specializing in land development, and new construction. In 2008 the great real estate bust happened. I pivoted to where the business was going, foreclosures. With foreclosure comes investors in buying, flipping or renting that takes a good planning process for its success. Today staging is vitally important in maximizing return on investment. I personally have a storage locker full of items to help my clients put their home in the best light. In 30 plus years, I can say one thing is true, CHANGE. All our lives change, and home must change with it.
