Classic Champagne Cocktail

1 sugar cube (or 1 teaspoon granulated sugar) 4 to 6 dashes bitters 4 to 5 ounces Champagne or dry sparkling wine Lemon twist for garnish

Add the sugar cube to a chilled champagne glass. Douse cube with bitters, then top slowly with Champagne. Garnish with the lemon twist & celebrate! Please drink responsibly. Ages 21+
