Classes follow the FaME programme which includes mobilising joints, improving balance, strengthening muscles, building confidence to get up and down from the floor and adapted Tai Chi. Through slow-paced and gentle movements, you will learn to breathe deeply and mindfully, while promoting flexibility, strength, and relaxation. Whether a beginner or experienced, this class will help improve your well-being. You will be encouraged to move mindfully and at your own pace, listening to your body’s needs and honouring your limits. Each class ends with relaxation to help you let go of tension and find a sense of calm.

Sunday Morning Yoga
With Jemma Louise w Sundays 10am-11am
Sunday morning yoga for all levels including beginners. Classes vary from week to week - we move mindfully through Hatha and Vinyasa styles of Yoga building strength and mobility with a focus on the breath, followed by a calming relaxation/savasana to close the practice, leaving us ready for the week ahead.
£10 a session - class passes available starting from £8.50 a week.
