With an unwavering commitment to community, family, and clients, my real estate philosophy revolves around delivering nothing less than excellence. Known for my wholehearted dedication to every task, I pride myself on cultivating strong relationships and trust with my clients and within the brokerage community. Through involvement in complex, high-profile transactions, I’ve established a reputation for providing unparalleled service to all clients, regardless of the scale of their needs.
I enjoyed an enriching 20-year career working for a high-net-worth family trust spanning Hawaii, California and New York before becoming a full-time real estate broker. Initially, my entry into real estate involved managing my family’s diverse property investments, condominium developments, agricultural projects, new constructions, renovations, and long-term and vacation rentals. This firsthand experience, coupled with my prior career, became a cornerstone when I transformed a passion into a profession.
I have a deep connection to Kaua’i, having been born and raised on this beautiful island and with four generations of family who call it home. Hanalei is where my office, playground, and home converge. Living an active lifestyle with my husband, two boys, and our two adorable french bulldogs – you will often find us steps from home on Hanalei Bay.
Giving back to the community is a priority, reflected in my roles as a past President of Hanalei School PTSA, current Vice President of Hanalei Initiative, and contributions to various community events and projects. Staying involved and informed on policy decisions that impact residents and property owners is another role I stay active in.
Throughout every real estate transaction, I take pride in providing consistent availability, commitment to excellent customer service, a robust network of local contacts and referrals, clear communication, and unparalleled professionalism. Looking forward to hopefully collaborating with you!
Client Testimonials
“Exceeded All of Our Expectations and Beyond”
We wanted to share our great experience with Amy Frazier as our realtor. Throughout the past 25 years, we have bought and sold approximately 20 properties (rental and private residences). Therefore, we have experienced many different realtors and customer service styles. Amy was, by far, the best realtor that we have experienced. We can honestly say that Amy Frazier exceeded all of our expectations and beyond. From the first day through the closing of our two real estate transactions through Hawaii Life, Amy was very professional and provided excellent customer service. We were very impressed by Amy’s continual customer service throughout the entire process. Many times, realtors will work to get a listing, but then stop there. They let someone else do the work to sell the actual property. This was not the case with Amy. She worked tirelessly to get our property listed, marketed, showings, and then closed. We were very impressed that she attended almost every showing to ensure that she could market the property, readily answer questions, provide immediate feedback, etc. Amy was always in constant contact and immediately answered all of our questions. She went beyond the call of duty many, many times. -Chris and Darlene Azar
“Honest and Professional”
Amy was always exceptionally responsive and promptly researched and answered all our question. She provided honest advice and was very professional. Amy and her team made the sale move forward to an early closing quickly and efficiently. With distance and different time zones, the sale could easily have gone awry. Amy went the extra mile for us and we were very satisfied with her performance. We highly recommend Amy Frazier and her team. We were fortunate enough to have Amy Frazier represent us in our house sale and new home purchase. A++++, from the start to finish of each transaction Amy and team went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t have to lift a finger- She told us from the beginning that her goal was to make the home selling & buying process as simple as possible and she held true to that- I would recommend Amy to all my friends and family ten times over. Thank you, Amy, for all your help and making our dreams become reality! We have sold many properties over the years and working with Amy was the best experience for us. I truly felt that she put the sellers interest first in every area. Amy goes above and beyond to make sure your property is well represented and the marketing program she put together was exceptional. I can’t say enough about how great it was to work with her!

“The Best I’ve Ever Worked With...”
I’ve been involved in numerous real estate transactions over the last 50 years and I have worked with a wide array of realtors. By far, the best I’ve ever worked with is Amy Frazier. Amy has handled my last four transactions, many very complex, and she has always expertly handled every problem and complexity that has arisen. If you want competence and someone who is willing to roll her sleeves up and get the deal closed, there is no one better than Amy Frazier.
- Mayor Jeremy Harris
“Local Knowledge”
Amy helped our family find the right property for us in one of the lowest inventory markets in the country. Her expertise during negotiation and her local knowledge of the process made all the difference in being able to make it happen. I have been a part of many real estate deals all over the country and have not worked with a better realtor. She was always available to help and offer her opinion from the very beginning through close and beyond with taxes and planning. I cannot recommend Amy enough if you are in the market anywhere in Hawaii!
