Ben attended the University of Colorado, where he graduated summa cum laude with a degree in international business. Following graduation, Ben satisfied his wanderlust by traveling extensively to far-flung destinations like Nepal, Tahiti, New Zealand, Indonesia, and Mexico. He worked for many years as a boat captain, guiding tours along Kauai’s famed Na Pali Coast, and as a fly-fishing guide in Alaska’s Bristol Bay. When he is not working, you will most likely find Ben surfing, fishing, or riding his mountain bike. A consummate professional with a passion for fun – working with Ben is sure to be an adventure and a success.

Tiffany Spencer brings 17 years of experience to her role as a top-producing real estate professional on Kauai. Raised in Hawaii, Tiffany attended Kamehameha Schools before earning a B.A. in Journalism from BYU in Utah. Her minor in Middle Eastern studies led her to travel to Jordan, Israel, and Egypt before returning home to Hawaii. At the age of 22, she won a highly-competitive internship as a television news reporter with CBS in Honolulu and was quickly promoted to a fulltime position. After eight years of a successful newscasting career, Tiffany moved to Kauai. She and her real estate partner, Ben Welborn, specialize in North Shore properties and have been the #1 listing partnership on Kauai since 2014.
