iPod Academy A Multi-Intelligence Learning Environment The theory of multiple intelligences proposes that teachers present their lessons in a wide variety of ways using music, cooperative learning, art activities, role play, multimedia, field trips, inner reflection, and much more. Apple's new iPods offer an exciting, creative, and valuable way to engage students and enhance learning. Each participant in the iPod Academy will receive an iPod Touch which offers an exceptional array of features primed for busy hands in classroom settings. The new iPod Touch features a multi-touch display to experience crystal clear audio, photos, and full screen video. Disposing of the tiny stylus, students do what comes natural -use their fingers. Teams of one to three educators from each participating campus are invited to join us in a 4-day academy and learn about the possibilities of podcasting and media-based activities, and their positive impact on the learning experience.

Each participating campus will receive: 1 13-inch MacBook with 2.2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 1 GB memory, 120 GB hard drive, and double-layer SuperDrive 5 iPod Touch 1 USB Hub 1 Storage Case
