Concept
Senior Sales Assistant (Stratford-Upon-Avon, Maybird retail park) A part of an enthusiastic team within a commercial, sales driven, fast paced retail environment. - Required to achieve customer satisfaction throughout the whole store experience and provide product advice, knowledge and guidance with integrity. - Present myself as approachable for all customer enquiries and resolving customer complaints and queries whilst maintaining a high level of visual standards. - Making recommendations to the management team for improvement within the store and team. - Actively processing payment through the cash desk with enthusiastic engaging conversation. - In-house theft and loss prevention trained. - Able to train, supervise and monitor staff. - Required to resolve any cash discrepancies and to follow company policy and procedure when cashing up at the end of trade. - Accompany management in the opening and close down of the store.

PERSONAL ACHIEVEMENTS My artist streak began at the age at age 4 when I was accepted in Stage Coach, a high end drama school for children aged 4-18. Aged 11 I was granted an Agent for casting where I went on to professional performance. - Little Britain Tour @ NIA with David Walliams and Matt Lucas - Scrooge @ The Hippodrome, Birmingham with Tommy Steele. - Numerous performances at London Palladium. - The Sound of Music @ Solihull Theatre. In the first year of university I was selected as one of 5 students out of the year to work on a live brief project designing a facility for children with special needs. The project consisted of playing with the children and getting to know their characters and individual requests to suit their specific needs. We were also fortunate enough to be able to present our work to the school including the children and the staff. (Shown in Portfolio)
