Served directly under Kroger West & Midwest project mangers in an associate role. Preparation and review of project drawings, details, and specifications in varying degrees; including permitting, bid preparation, project revisions, and closeout items. Conducted site visits across multiple regions in accordance with project timelines and prepared follow-up reports with project clarifications and action items.

Managed and developed a mixed-use project for a community-based, non-profit client in Cincinnati’s Over-the-Rhine. Led a team of students to complete site investigations, develop a pro-forma, meet with consultants, and push the project from concept to complete.

Directly advised 100 first and second year students over the course of my three-year experience. Fostered a safe and educational environment beneficial to a successful resident’s life at Miami University and beyond. Managed community assets in residence halls containing as many as 300 students each year.

Specially chosen to be a part of a four person Project Team; working with The Kroger Co. and Roundy’s to develop and implement the first Kroger-ized Mariano’s store.

Market Research/Development Special Assignment - Cincinnati, OH 2017 •

Specially chosen to be a part of a three person Market Research Effort; working individually to explore market, project, and global trends that CR Architecture + Design and its clients will experience in our rapidly evolving society.

Miami University ATELIER Program - Cincinnati, OH 2015 •

Atypical co-op where students live and work in Over-the-Rhine; working with CR Architecture and the Miami University Center for Community Engagement to manage and develop a mixed-use project directly for a community-based, nonprofit client.

Miami University Center for Community Engagement - Cincinnati, OH 2014 •

Worked hand-in-hand with Cincinnati Park Board and client to complete construction documents and specifications according to City of Cincinnati standards, during this summer independent study.

Energy Efficiency by Design Studio - London, England 2013 •

Co-led my team during this five-week study abroad experience in London to study architectural precedents and create an energy efficient building by design within the business district of Canary Wharf.
