New living street way where starts a steady slope down the İnönü Street from Mithatpaşa Street.
Existence of the side walks and the tramway line eliminates the car need for the surrounding.
Housing on the park edge and the lack of usage of environment situation causes a ignorance for the greenery areas.
Existing parking building and the absence of the correct approaches repress the area and creates a dead social space.
Semi-detached housing blocks avoid vertical circulation and ceates a distinct margin with the site.
