BUILDING ENVELOPE
DAYLIGHT The “back of the building’ is facing the busy street while showing the front with all the exposed systems. This does not let a lot of daylight into the building, just minimal into certain spaces. Allowing for most of the daylight in the plaza area.
SURROUNDINGS The building occupies only half of its land which was purposedly made so it feels as a building for the people and the city itself. Half of the land leaves enough space for the neighbor buildings to not have much daylight taken away.
BUILDING ENVELOPE
SHADING
