Completely commissioned by the client to design a mixed-use residential building on an area of 3.3 acres in the Central Business District in Allen, Texas
The purpose of the project is to provide residential and commercial services to the new area established by the city
The building includes more than 300 residential units of various sizes and views and more than 30 commercial units. It consists of five floors and a multi-story garage.
The environmental design and sustainability of the thermal area in which it is located has been taken into account
The green spaces and recreational activities of the residents were also taken into account, as well as the provision of emergency exits for that large number of residents
