Main Level Bonus Room Features

The main level bonus room includes a 100” flat panel TV by Sony with a quad video processor which allows viewing four games at once. A James Loudspeaker surround system provides a stellar surround sound experience for movies. The space includes motorized window treatment and lighting control to create the perfect mood for the event. All equipment in the space is controlled by a Crestron control system.

Kitchen Features

The kitchen, dining room and living room have invisible speakers to provide exceptional audio in the space. A

Crestron touch panel is installed in the kitchen to provide control over music, camera’s, temperature, security and lighting. n
