Chili Entrant Info

Cost for a booth: FREE Chili preparation and booth set-up: 10:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Exhibitors (cooks) will: • Prepare 3 gallons of chili (in a roaster pan) • Have their own meat thermometer • Bring a table cover • Provide their own three-prong extension cords • Have the option to decorate your booth (Please, do not attach anything to the walls or use materials that cannot be easily swept or vacuumed.

HBAL will provide: • 8 ft. table • Chairs • Electrical outlet • Bowls, spoons, napkins • Crackers • Prizes • Ladle

Prizes!

Prizes will be awarded for 1st and 2nd place teams in two categories: Traditional Chili and Other. (Contestants can contact Michaela Schwarten for more details). Winners will be determined by a vote of those in attendance.
