Here are some simple guidelines that will help you write a clear & concise email while still representing our brand voice.

If you are responding to customers from Outlook on your personal smartphone, make sure to turn off device signature (i.e., Get Outlook for IOS, Sent from Sally’s iPhone) or delete before sending.
