A DREAM COME TRUE
Hello, my name is Miguel Rodriguez, and I am the owner of LA Taco Cantina and Lalo’s Grill and Pizza. LA Taco Cantina is located in 11429 Dorsett Road in Maryland Heights. I arrived in the United States 21 years ago and as time went by, I started to gain knowledge in the food industry, because that is where I worked most of the time.

For many years I have worked in restaurants with different types of cuisines like Mexican, American Style, Italian, and more. In 2021 my business partners and I had the opportunity to buy a restaurant that was already up and running “LA Taco Cantina”. This adventure happened with a group of friends who I had worked with for many years. And now, years later, we could do our own concept in our own place!
Together with Eduardo Rodriguez & Randall Mcdonald, Miguel is focusing on traditional and Tex-Mex cuisine at LA Taco Cantina. We have a variety of tacos, Mexican dishes and of course margaritas! During the weekends we offer charcoal grilled chicken and amazing smoked ribs with our unique style. Come visit us!
