Be in control of your life, don’t give the chance for anyone to control you for any reason, learn to take your decisions and deal with the consequences without regret, trust in yourself, don’t ever let someone make you a victim and set goals for your life according to your own ambitions and pursue them. 3- Get Creative And Find New Hobbies. You will be so much more satisfied with your life if you constantly keep learning new skills and things, find new hobbies and open up your mind to new things, get creative, creativity is a great way to boost your self confidence and make you discover new abilities you didn’t know you have. 2- Take A Break From Your Regular Routine Once In A While. Take a break from your daily routine every once in a while, do something completely new and treating, take a trip to a new place you haven’t seen before, have dinner in an exotic restaurant, learn something new, whatever that comes to your mind at that moment do it, try not to plan ahead, just know that that time is yours and you are free to do whatever you want to do with it. 1- Appreciate And Enjoy Every Moment Of Your Life. This is the key to improving the quality of your life which is appreciating and fully enjoying every moment you are passing through while knowing that this moment is unique, live your life and don’t focus of the past or the future just enjoy every moment you are living now.
