2- Oatmeal. If you want to lighten a dark part of your skin, you will need to regularly exfoilate that part while still moisturizing it, oatmeal’s can do the trick for you, they will exfoilate old skin, promote the growth of new skin cells while bleaching and moisturizing the area at the same time. Mix some oatmeal with enough tomato juice and honey to form a paste, apply the paste on the dark area of your thighs then wash off with warm water after 20 minutes, repeat this remedy 3 times a week for best results, you can increase the times if you can. 3- Yogurt. Yogurt is gentle but effective at the same time, it will help bleaching the area, moisturizing it and preventing skin irritation thanks to its content of lactic acid and Zinc. Mix half a tablespoon of Turmeric powder with some plain yogurt and apply it to the dark area, leave it for twenty minutes then wash off with warm water, the Turmeric will increase the efficiency of the remedy to lighten the dark color of your skin.
