Always make sure you are having a creamy Concealer in your purse for similar situations, it could be your best solution, gently press the concealer into the Flaky areas using your fingertip or a soft sponge until the concealer is well blended with the rest of the makeup, avoid using brushes to apply the concealer because the brush can further worsen the condition.
2- Use A Gentle Grease Free Lotion. If you are stuck with the basic beauty care products in your purse then just apply a thin layer of your regular lotion on the dry patches then pat with loose powder on to of it, this should fix the problem without ruining your makeup. 3- Use Your Lip Gloss Or Balm. If you really have nothing but your lip balm or Gloss then just apply a very tiny amount on the Flaky area, avoid glosses with menthol as it could further irritate the area, simply apply the Gloss or balm gently on the Flaky area and rub slowly with the tip of your finger untill everything is blending properly.
