To keep things simple, we make the FirstMedicare Direct directories, formulary and Evidence of Coverage (EOC) available online by logging in to FirstMedicare.com
Our directories can help you find in-network providers and pharmacies. Use the formulary to find a list of covered drugs, and view the EOC for more details about your plan.
You can also request paper copies of these documents by emailing Member Services at MemberServices@FirstCarolinaCare.com or calling (844) 499-5630. Member Services is available weekdays, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. local time. Voicemail is used on holidays and weekends, April 1 – September 30.
Materials are available online and in print starting October 1, 2023.
