Thank you for being a Reid Health Alliance Medicare member. We’re excited to announce that starting January 1, 2024, Reid Health Alliance Medicare will be transitioning to Health Alliance™. This change allows us to broaden our provider network for you as our member, all while allowing us to continue to provide the high level of coverage and excellent customer service you’ve come to expect.
The enclosed information will help you understand how your plan works and how to use all the extra perks that come with being a part of Health Alliance. To keep things simple, we make the Health Alliance directories, formulary and Evidence of Coverage (EOC) available online by logging in to HealthAlliance.org
Our directories can help you find in-network providers and pharmacies. Use the formulary to find a list of covered drugs, and view the EOC for more details about your plan.
You can also request paper copies of these documents by emailing Member Services at MemberServices@HealthAlliance.org or calling (800) 965-4022 (TTY 711). Member Services is available weekdays, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. local time. Voicemail is used on holidays and weekends, April 1 – September 30.

Health Alliance Medicare is a Medicare Advantage Organization with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in Health Alliance Medicare depends on contract renewal.
