Drink at least 8 ounces of water every single day.
Try to meditate for 15 minutes before you start each day.
Do 30 minutes of cardio each day, whether it’s walking, running, or swimming.
Plan out your meals for the week and eat 5 to 6 small meals a day.
Put your phone away and turn off the TV 30 minutes before going to sleep.
