IN GRED IENTS 3 TB ¼ tsp 2 TB 1 TB 3 ¼-⅓ cup

tablespoon coconut flour tsp baking powder Radiance Pea Protein Vanilla Powder Radiance SuperGreens Plus eggs almond or coconut milk

PR EPARATION 1 Whisk all the ingredients together until no lumps remain. 2 Heat a skillet to medium heat and add some coconut oil 3 Drop the batter by 1/3-cup fulls onto the skillet. 4 Cook for about 2-ish mins per side, until golden, then flip.

TO SERV E Top them with your favourite toppings - we like berries and fruit!

chickpeas cloves of garlic onion tahini Radiance Beetroot Powder

1 TB 1 TB ¼ cup 1 tsp

mixed with 70ml of water ground cumin smoked paprika olive oil Good Health Manuka Honey

PR EPARATION 1

In a large bowl, cover chickpeas with cold water and soak overnight

Drain chickpeas and place in a large heavy saucepan; add onion, cover with water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook for 1 hour, or until chickpeas are very soft. Drain, reserving 1 cup of cooking liquid. Allow to cool.,

Add the beetroot powder and water to the chickpeas and onions, tahini, garlic, lemon juice and cumin. Blend until smooth. Slowly, while the machine is running, pour in more beetroot juice or the reserved cooking liquid, and olive oil. Continue to process until mixture is thoroughly combined.

TO SERV E Drizzle with a little olive oil. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables

BE GOOD O RG A NI CS ’ G R E E N H UM M US This Green Hummus by Buffy Ellen, founder of Be Good Organics, seriously takes the cake. Made with basil and spinach, plus a dash of spirulina for a superfood boost; it delivers a triple dose of greens with every delicious dip.

BioBalance Certified Organic Spirulina Powder butter beans OR 1 x 400g can, drained & rinsed fresh spinach basil water lemon juice OR 2 lemons, juice & flesh tahini cold pressed olive oil cloves garlic cumin salt

PR EPARATION 1 Blend all ingredients in a blender until super creamy and smooth. 2

Sprinkle with toppings to make it look extra fancy, or put in a glass jar and store in the fridge for up to 4 days. That’s it!

H E LPF UL TIP If your butter beans are freshly cooked, save a quarter cup of cooking water from these and add it to the hummus in place of the plain water.

coconut cream BioBalance Certified Organic Chia Seeds maple syrup BioBalance Certified Organic Raw Cacao Powder vanilla essence pinch salt zest of 1 orange

PR EPARATION 1 Place all ingredients (except orange zest) in a blender. Blitz for several minutes until silky smooth 2 Add the orange zest and pulse briefly to mix through. Place in a fridge for at least one hour to chill and firm up.

TO SERV E Fresh fruit, edible flowers or bee pollen (optional)

IN GRED IENTS ½ cup BioBalance Certified Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, melted ½ cup BioBalance Certified Organic Raw Cacao Powder 1 tsp (organic) natural vanilla essence 1 pinch of sea salt 2 tsp Radiance Beetroot Powder mixed with 70ml of water 100g roasted hazelnuts (or your choice of nuts)

PR EPARATION 1

Place the coconut oil in a saucepan over a very low heat. Let the oil become liquid before removing from the heat.

Place the melted oil and all remaining ingredients into a blender and blitz until well combined. Ensure the sugar is completely dissolved.

Sprinkle your nuts into the bottom of a tray lined with baking paper. Pour liquid chocolate mixture over the nuts and place in the freezer to set.

TO STORE Store in the fridge or freezer. Will last up to 4 days in an airtight container in the fridge.

sunflower seeds Good Health Chia seeds Walnut halves, raw Medjool dates, fresh, pitted and coarsely chopped desiccated coconut Good Health Cacao Powder pinch Salt water

PR EPARATION 1

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until the mixture is combined.

Add a little extra water or peppermint oil drops if needed to ensure mixture is well combined.

Form mixture into medium-sized balls by rolling a dollop between your palms. Place the finished balls on a tray lined with waxed paper or in a container and chill for 30 minutes before serving.

TO STORE Store in the fridge or freezer. Will last up to 4 days in an airtight container in the fridge.

R AW C HOCO L ATE CHI A BRO W N I E S One of our favourite raw food snacks contains cacao and chia, so not only do you get your chocolate fix, but you get a whole bunch of fibre, an energy boost from the chia and a little mood lift too from the cacao!

IN GRED IENTS ⅓ cup 1 cup 1 ½ cups ⅓ cup ½ tsp ¼ tsp

chia seeds almonds pitted dates Radiance® Cacao Powder pure vanilla extract pure almond extract

PR EPARATION 1 Combine all ingredients a food processor pulse the almonds a couple of times, until they resemble a breadcrumb consistency and transfer to a small bowl. Add the dates and process until a paste forms. 2 Add the nuts and remaining ingredients in and process until mixed. 3 Line an 8×8″ baking dish with plastic wrap, place the mix into the tray and flatten until even, press down firmly.

TO STORE Cover and refrigerate till cold, cut into squares and store tightly wrapped.

PR EPARATION 1 Cut frozen bananas and blend in you food processor. 2 Add Radiance® Organic Matcha a blend until combined.

BERRY & B EETRO O T CHE E SE C A K E This light & fluffy raw cheesecake from the amazing Buffy Ellen, founder of Be Good Organics, comes with a vege twist: beetroot! Try this beautiful version and share the joy with your loved ones.

IN GRED IENTS B ASE

FILLING

½ cup sunflower seeds (soaked for 8 hours or overnight) ½ cup oats ½ cup desiccated coconut ¾ cup dates 1 TB BioBalance Certified Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, (melted) 1 tsp vanilla extract ¼ tsp sea salt

2 ½ cup ½ cup 1 1 tsp ¼ tsp ⅓ cup ½ cup ½ cup 2 cups 4 tsp

cashews (soaked) water lemon (juice and flesh) vanilla extract sea salt brown rice syrup, coconut nectar or other sweetener BioBalance Certified Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, melted cacao butter (melted) blueberries BioBalance Certified Organic Beetroot Powder

PR EPARATION 1 To make the base, blend sunflower seeds, oats and desiccated coconut in a food processor until well chopped but still with some chunky texture. 2 Add dates one by one while the motor is still running. Then add remaining base ingredients and blend until well combined. 3 Pour the mixture into a 20cm spring form cake tin with the base of the tin lined with baking paper. Press the mixture down with a spatula until firm and flat. Place in the freezer to firm. Recipe continued next page.. | 29


BERRY & B EETRO O T CHE E SE C A K E - CO N T I N U E D PR EPARATION 4 Blend all the filling ingredients, except coconut oil, cacao butter, blueberries and beetroot, in a food processor or blender until completely smooth, scraping down the inside of the food processor a few times to remove lumps. The mixture should be completely smooth like a thick cream. 5 On a low setting, slowly pour in three quarters of the coconut oil and cacao butter, and put aside the remaining liquid for the blueberry layer. 6 Pour half of the cream mixture into a bowl, and set aside. Then, add the blueberries and the rest of the coconut oil and cacao butter to the remaining cream mixture in the blender, and process until well combined. 7 Remove base from freezer and, using half of the plain cream mixture set aside, spread evenly on top of the base. Return to the freezer until the cream layer is firm. Repeat this step with half of the blueberry mixture and then again with the remaining cream layer once the blueberry has set. 8 Add the beetroot powder to the remaining blueberry mixture and process until well combined. Add this final layer to the cake once the second cream layer has set. 9 Place in the freezer overnight and then in the morning remove from the tin and place in the fridge.

TO SERV E Can eat straight away or pop back in the freezer if needed to harden.

IC E D MORI NG A TEA IN GRED IENTS 2 cups water 1¼ tsp BioBalance Certified Organic Moringa Powder

PR EPARATION 1 Add moringa powder to the water. Mix with a little honey and fresh ginger to taste. Blend in your blender or shake vigorously for one minute. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

H OT MORI NG A TEA IN GRED IENTS 1 cup hot water ½ tsp BioBalance Certified Organic Moringa Powder

PR EPARATION 1 Use ½ tsp of moringa powder per cup of hot water. Let steep for 5 minutes. Sweeten to taste with agave or cane sugar. Add slices of ginger or lemon zest for added flavor.
