In a typical program consistent with American Geriatric Society clinical guidelines, evaluation, intervention, and reevaluation could take about 4 weeks and involve the following components: • Evaluation of health status, blood pressure and heart rate • Balance test • Knee and angle strength test • Walking test Gait analysis and training serves to test walking speed so that exercises can be recommended to help participants walk safely and confidently.
