Belinda says: “Over the last 15 years, I have worked with many women and nearly all of them report feeling lost, out of control of their bodies and not sure where to turn for advice and guidance during the menopausal transition.

“I was inspired to create this course to empower women and help them understand what is happening and take back control of their bodies and symptoms.

The course aims to educate and inspire women to take control of their own health using easily accessible whole foods, lifestyle changes and nutritional supplements.

With six modules over a six-week period, the program delivers a thorough remedy for peri-menopause, menopause and post-menopause by integrating essential nutrition, gentle exercises and meditation.
