It helps the body to get rid of the unhealthy substances in our body. Drinking water is more effective if it is warm. Warm water improves digestion and bowel movement. Eat raw fruits and vegetables Eating raw fruits and vegetables is the third trick to improve your fitness. Fruits and vegetables also help in detoxifying the body. Plus, they satisfy your hunger without increasing the calories by much. Take a sweet fruit when the craving for sweet cookies or cake arise. Eat a vegetable salad before taking your meal. Doing so satisfies the hunger and you will end up eating less. No fast food If you seriously want to improve your health, then just avoid junk/fast food. We know that to change the eating habits, especially leaving your favorite fast food is not an easy thing to do but it’s not impossible.
