A million dreams are to be had this festive season as we rewrite the stars and come alive with our spectacular Greatest Snowman themed party nights. Our amazing venue provides the ultimate setting for a party, with spectacular lighting, video projection, theming and a separate games marquee packed full of entertainment.
A welcome drink is waiting for you as you arrive for your party. Your host STEPHEN HAMMON will then invite you to sit and enjoy your beautifully prepared three course festive dinner. There will be plenty of live entertainment as we bring you dancing, acrobatic aerial displays, burlesque, contortionist and from Britain’s Got Talent - Merlin Cadogan all whilst you dine. Serenading you will be the amazing LETITIA GEORGE (The Voice UK) After dinner, the Games Marquee opens. The Marquee is packed full of games, amusements, entertainment and photo opportunities.

Frequently asked questions What is the minimum number required for booking? We don’t have a minimum number, but groups of less than 8 people may be on a shared table.
What should I wear? The dress code is smart party wear, dress to impress! Strictly no sportswear, trainers, t-shirts or jeans.
Can we add people at a later date? Yes you can add people later, but remember some nights sell out quickly and once our table plans are confirmed, we may not be able to add to your booking.
One of my party has a food allergy or a special dietary requirement, what do I do? We can accommodate most special requirements. We just need to know before you arrive to avoid any delays. Please ask your team for their dietaries before booking. Late requests may not be able to be accommodated.
Where will my pre-ordered drinks be? Your pre-ordered drinks will be waiting for you on arrival. Make it known when checking in that you have a pre-order and you will be guided to where your drinks are waiting. Can I set-up a bar tab or buy drinks vouchers? Unfortunately you can’t set up a bar tab however drinks vouchers can be arranged through the office prior to your booked night. Drinks vouchers are only valid for the night you have booked for and are non refundable / non transferable. Do the bars accept cards? Our bars take both cash and credit / debit cards. Can we bring our own drinks? Only drinks purchased at Heart of England Conference & Events Centre can be consumed on the premises. If any drinks are found being brought into the venue, these will be confiscated and not returned. Can all my party pay separately? Unfortunately not, payment is only accepted from the main party organiser, individual cheques or payments will not be accepted.
Can I leave my car overnight? Yes you can leave your car overnight, but all cars must be collected between 9am and 12 noon the day after your party. Is there an age restriction? Our events are for everyone over the age of 16 however we request that we are made aware of any under 18’s attending with your group to comply with our alcohol licensing policy. When do I get my tickets? Our events are ticket-less, and your party will be shown their seats by our event hosts. Where can I stay? We have a small amount of rooms here on-site, these get booked early so don’t delay if you want to stay. Rooms must be paid for in full at the time of booking. If you want to stay but we are unable to accommodate, there are several hotels nearby where you can stay, these include the Manor Hotel, Meriden who we recommend.
Can I bring gifts / secret Santa? Unfortunately not, if you arrive with wrapped gifts, we will hold them for you until you leave at the end of the night but none are permitted into the centre. Where will my table be situated? We use the main Birchley suite and the Chestnut suite balcony, your table could be in either of these spaces. If anyone in your group has mobility issues please let us know as the chestnut suite is upstairs. If your party has less than 10 guests, you may be on a shared table. When should I book my taxi home? We recommend booking your taxi home before you come. The event finishes at 1am with the venue closing at 1.30am, it can be very difficult to arrange on the night.
