TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Christmas Parties & New Year’s Eve
1) BOOKING TERMS a) £20 deposit per person is required to confirm bookings. The ticket balance is due 4 weeks before the date of the event. It is your responsibility to make sure this is paid. If the balance isn’t paid in full 4 weeks before the event date your booking will be cancelled, and the deposit lost. b) All deposits and balances are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid c) Group bookings must be made in one to ensure you are seated together. d) Drinks pre-orders are required 4 weeks before the date of your event e) Minimum number of people per booking is 8. f) Our events are for everyone over the age of 16 however we request that we are made aware of any under 18’s attending with your group to comply with our alcohol licensing policy. We operate challenge 25 policy, you may be challenged at the bar. g) It may be necessary to split larger groups across more than one table h) Your table could be in either The Birchley Suite or up on the Chestnut Suite Balcony. Please let us know at time of booking of any mobility issues - we do have a lift up to The Chestnut. We book tables on a first come, first served basis for those wanting to be near the dancefloor. Table plans aren’t released until the day of the party. We will book the Birchley Suite first and then the Chestnut Suite Balcony.

2) DRESS CODE
Please dress ‘Party Smart’ - no trainers, no ripped jeans, no sportswear or tracksuits.
3) OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATION
If booking accommodation, a 50% payment for your room is due at the time of booking with the balance due 4 weeks prior to your booked date.
4) LIABILITIES a) The venue shall not be liable to an attendee or guest for any loss or damage to property if the failure or delay was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control. b) It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure all belonging are secure, the venue does not provide a manned cloak room.
