Your Ceremony The Heart of England is licensed to host civil ceremonies and partnerships. There are three ceremony locations, catering perfectly for the small intimate weddings of 30-60 guests to larger ceremonies of up to 250 guests. Once you have confirmed your big day at the Heart of England, you will need to ensure you contact Warwickshire council registry office by visiting https://www.warwickshire.gov.uk/legalformalitiesandfees They will provide details on how to apply for your license and book your registrar. Civil ceremonies and partnership may only be booked in conjunction with both a wedding breakfast and evening reception. *A civil ceremony room hire charge will apply - Up to 120 - ÂŁ500, above 120 - POA *Includes chair covers, aisle sashes, aisle carpet & led archway
Your Day After tying the knot in one of our ceremony suites, our marquee is transformed into a fairytale venue for your wedding breakfast. The marquee features a private entrance leading directly to the grounds – ideal for your reception drinks that can accommodate up to 300 guests for a seated wedding breakfast. The Birchley Suite can accommodate up to 500 guests for your evening reception complimented by an array of evening buffet options. There is a further balcony area that can seat 130 more guests if required Our event planners will work with you on all elements of your day, providing guidance with wedding planning meetings, layouts, choosing colours and booking your wedding suppliers. For smaller, more intimate gatherings our Pine suite can be exclusively hired for up to 50 guests.

“We had our wedding on Saturday and it couldn’t have gone any better. The venue is absolutely beautiful in a picturesque setting, and we would recommend for anybody to get married here! The staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make it a perfect day. They made sure the day ran smoothly and even helped me get in to my dress! There wasn’t a single thing that we would have wanted done differently, all of our thoughts and requests were listened to in the lead up to the big day. The DJ was incredible, all of our guests commented on how good the music was and the videos that went with the music on the big screens - the dance floor was full all night! Everybody was saying it was the BEST wedding they have ever been to! Accommodation When you book your wedding at Heart of England, Old Hall House will be reserved for you and your guests. There are nine bedrooms in the house including the Bridal Suite. We also have a log cabin, two glamping pods and five stunning new shepherd huts. The Bridal Suite is complimentary if the house is fully booked with your guests.
