Boot Camp--Interval style designed to increase strength, agility and cardiovascular conditioning. Celebrate Success Strength Circuit--primarily design to increase strength and build muscle. Mostly utilizes isolation machines.
Small Group Classes: Small group training incorporates functional and compound exercises designed to engage different muscles in your body and get them working together. In addition to gaining overall strength, the goal is to increase your overall ability to perform everyday activities that may be impossible or very difficult today. Training will also be paced to achieve increased stamina.
