The very profound technical support which the Sales Engineers provide, is a special pride to GEZE in Scandinavia. It is an important factor to our daily job, that we can help each other, learn from each other and improve our competences for the many future installation and service tasks. Service on site throughout the country With great areas to cover in the Nordic region, it is difficult to be locally present in all corners of a country. Therefore, GEZE has great experiences cooperation with partners in both Sweden and Norway. While project management and technical support is often managed from the office, both onsite visits as well as cooperation with reliable partners, is often best practice at GEZE.

In Denmark however, the GEZE service team is located more spread out in the country. Here, GEZE is able to be on site with own technicians throughout the country. Meanwhile, in Denmark, GEZE also works with local partners to meet the best interest of the project or the service task. For each case, it is a priority for the teams at GEZE to provide the optimal service throughout the project and throughout the life time of the product.
