Q. What tips would you share with a young professional like you who are looking to make their career as an educationist? Who encouraged you the most in your journey until now?

: The tips which I will share are to always value time and be consistent in your work. And if you have an idea go for it you never know what and where your idea can lead you and can influence a lot of people. And can change your and millions of lives. Being an educationalist is not an easy task. I have set a bar in this field, it is a responsible job where you have to be always instigated and have the facts to be trustworthy in the market Understanding the real time need and filling it at its most is we Important: Be realistic and smart with your knowledge to be faithful towards your job.

Q. How smooth or hard was your Journey throughout? Was it a smooth sailing ship into the oceans or there were some cyclones in between? Share your struggles. Who supported you the most during your struggling days?

: When you have an Idea and zeel to do something then the only thing that matters is the outcome A young boy when comes into the market with only an idea it's not easy for him to set foot I am a very result oriented person My father was running a very small business in a small town, I only had a dream and a view to bringing a change starting from scratch and now when I look back to those days it was a long journey. These 10 12 years are mesmerizing and great learning for me. I always tried to instigate on the grounds. People were really helpful towards me. My entire team when I started and now every employee has been supportive of me.

Ups and downs are part of life, I have seen ups but I won’t be able to see success if I wouldn’t taste failure as well. So the failure in different segments made my idea and strategies more strong and more certain.

The work I am doing is responsible because guiding and counseling someone is not an easy task. But people showed their trust and I maintained it.

My entire family and friends were kind and supportive towards me. Destiny has been us. Kind every time, as there is a saying “God also helps in good work”.
