BLITZFIRE HE OSCILLATING MONITOR PACKAGE -- Flow range up to 500 gpm (2000 l/min). The monitor features low friction inlet and outlet pivots. Elevation is manually adjustable between 10 and 86° above horizontal. The water driven turbine makes the nozzle automatically sweep 10, 15, or 20° either side of center. The oscillating mechanism can be disengaged and horizontal rotation moved manually. The safety shut-off valve will shut off flow if monitor slides or lifts. It has six detent flow positions with a patented turbulence-free slide valve for operator flow control. When the legs are folded, the carbide tips point up for carrying safety. The heavy-duty carbide tipped legs are easily folded out to a wide deployed stance. Packages are available with choices of combination nozzle and/or stacked tips and stream straightener, with or without storage bracket. TFT - TORNADO RC MONITOR

Task Force Tips Tornado vehicle mounted monitor with 2.0”-11.5 NPT Female Inlet and 1.5” -9 NH Male Outlet.

The Tornado RC is very compact, yet it has a large 2.25” waterway capable of flowing up to 500 GPM, making it the ideal bumper turret. Waterway with turning vane has only 19 psi friction loss at 500 GPM. Elevation range is 90° above horizontal to 45° below. The Tornado RC comes with a control panel on the monitor for horizontal rotation, elevation, nozzle pattern, and current limiting to protect the drive train at the end of travel. Locking quick connect inlets and outlets allow for quick removal of the Tornado for installations such as bumper mounting, where the monitor must be removed to tilt the cab of the truck.

This foam making kit can be attached to a forestry firefighting pump. The kit consists of a 2 in. suction hose adapter; A 1½ in. discharge hose adapter which is equipped with a shut-off valve and foam sampling nozzle; and a variable around-the-pump foam liquid concentrate inductor with a pick-up tube. The inductor can be adjusted to pick-up liquid concentrate in quantities small enough for the smallest nozzle, all the way up to an amount large enough to treat over 250 gal. liters of water per minute. This unit provides a fast and simple solution to a fire scene where Class A foam is required. SCOTTY PENETRATOR

FOAM FACTORY

The Foam Factory is a system that can quickly transform any pressurized fire hose into a stand alone foam generating station. Attach the unit to a 5 gallon foam pail, attach the supply line, place the unit where the foam is needed and adjust the water flow for the desired foam. Depending on the pressure and flow, the Foam Factory can make a “wet” or “dry” foam and the unit can be left unattended to create a blanket of foam over a large area.

Emulsi-flash uses the principle of emulsification to break petroleum products down into a detergent type solution. Small particles become trapped as they are coated with emulsi-flash, thus cleaning the system. Emulsifies spills to reduce combustion hazards. Works on land and water to control petroleum spills. TFT INLINE FOAM EDUCTOR

In line foam eductors have a metering head with an easy-to-read knob for use with Class A, B and AR-AFFF foam at a variety of percentages. The meter head is equipped with a unique back flush push-button for fast and easy cleaning right on the scene, and is secured to the eductor body with a rugged disconnect. All controls are easy to use with gloves. The eductors are made of hardcoat anodized aluminum for corrosion protection.

Eductor Series are available in 60, 95, or 125 gpm models and have foam percentage settings of .25 %, .5 %, 1 %, 3 %, & 6 % allowing use with Class A or B foams. Models allow you choose between an extra-large 36” pickup hose with stainless steel wand or direct truck connect pickup hose.
