WEDDING & EVENT SERVICES To assist you and yours on your biggest and busiest day, we offer services to plan, design, coordinate, deliver, set-up and style your wedding or special event. The best part of working with us is that we’re a one-stop shop when it comes to planning, outfitting and styling your event!
WEDDING PLANNING Our wedding planning packages are customized based on your specific needs. Please contact us for your customized package pricing. Planning your event involves up to six inperson meetings, unlimited conference calls and Skype meetings. This packages starts at $3,500 and includes: • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • •
Budget creation and management Timeline creation and management Preferred vendor selection and coordination based on budget and style Development of wedding theme, colors and decor schematics Personalized checklists depending on level of desired involvement Assistance on menu selection and details meeting with catering contract Oversee the placement of all rental orders Assistance with design and ordering of all stationary and print work Consulting on floral design and selection (bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, altarpieces and other floral arrangements with preferred vendors) Coordination of wedding ceremony rehearsal Organizing additional entertainment (music, games, kid-specific) Design, select and assemble gift baskets and favors Creative and resourceful troubleshooting when needed Up to 12 hours of coordination on wedding day Management of final payments and relevant gratuities to all vendors Coordinate day-after logistics (rentals from vendors, etc)
MONTH–OF WEDDING COORDINATION This package starts at $1,850 and includes: • • • • • • • • • • •
Unlimited email and phone support up to 30 days prior to the event 4 meetings – an initial conceptual and style visioning meeting, follow up logistics meeting, a site walkthrough and a final details meeting the week of your event Local/regional preferred vendor referrals and coordination Wedding day timeline creation and management Floor plan diagrams / seating chart assistance Phone and email confirmation with all vendors Rehearsal attendance and coordination Orchestrate set-up, styling and choreography of ceremony Up to 10 hours day-of assistance and coordination Packing and return of all personal items used at wedding (travel and lodging fees may apply) Lodging and travel requirements (assessed on an individual basis for your wedding determined by location, rehearsal and set up requirements).

RENTAL AGREEMENT To maintain the integrity and mission of Heirlooms, we advocate policies and agreements to help maintain our unique and bespoke collection. • Deposits are 50% of Total Rental Cost made at time of signing service contract • Deposits are deducted from total bill - IN GOOD FAITH - that all rentals are returned in in good condition.* If otherwise, Heirlooms will contact client and ask for damage charge.

I will let some stains slide, but basically this little rate covers breakage or loss of hardto-replace vintage items - see below.
